Situata nel centro di Mosca, Capital Group è una Società Immobiliare con 17 anni di esperienza.
In occasione della costruzione dei nuovi uffici, l'Architetto Massimo Iosa Ghini ha progettato interamente gli spazi lavorativi contribuendo alla messa in opera di un complesso elegante e di prestigio. Questo progetto ha previsto la ristrutturazione di due piani dell'edificio della Capital Group, rispettivamente il 16° e il 17°, che si sviluppano per un'area di circa 1400 mq e che rappresentano i piani di maggior pregio della Società Immobiliare.

Uno dei temi principali da cui ha preso forma il progetto è stata la necessità di differenziare ogni ambiente in relazione alla funzione che avrebbe ospitato. Si è cercato, dunque, di finalizzare la scelta delle singole parti alla creazione di ambienti unici e prettamente diversificati,  mantenendo pur sempre una linea concettuale omogenea. Pertanto la ricerca dei materiali, lo studio delle pavimentazioni e dei soffitti, la scelta degli arredi hanno contribuito a caratterizzare e personalizzare i vari spazi.

Attualmente, il 16° piano è diviso in due aree: Business e Premium, che rappresentano rispettivamente le due divisioni della Società Immobiliare Capital Group.
Le due aree si differenziano per colori e materiali, tuttavia la coerenza progettuale viene mantenuta attraverso linee morbide e sinuose che ritroviamo anche negli altri ambienti.

La ricchezza dei materiali e la qualità delle finiture trova la sua massima espressione al 17°  piano dove sono stati realizzati gli uffici dei soci Capital Group con alcune meeting room. In questo caso i vari ambienti sono stati impreziositi da una minuta progettazione degli spazi e degli arredi che hanno reso gli ambienti di  lavoro più caldi e accoglienti e arricchiti dalla importante collezione di opere d'arte della società.

Located in downtown Moscow, Capital Group is a property development company with 17 years of experience.
For the buiding of the new offices, the Architect Massimo Iosa Ghini has entirely designed the working areas contributing to the implementation of an elegant and luxury complex. This project involved the renovation of two floors of Capital Group, respectively the 16th and 17th, that develop for an area of 1400 square meters and represent the most valuable property Company's plans.

One of the main issues from which the project took its shape was the need to diversify each environment in relation to the function that it would host. It has been tried, therefore, to finalize the selection of individual parts to create unique environments and purely diversified, by maintaining a homogeneous conceptual line.

Therefore, the research of materials, the study of floors and ceilings, the choice of furniture contributed to characterize and personalize the different spaces.
To date, the 16th floor is divided into two areas: Business and Premium, respectively, representing the two divisions of the property company Capital Group. The two areas differ in color and materials, but the design coherence is maintained through soft, sinuous lines that characterize also the other environments. The wealth of materials and quality of finishes  reveal its highest expression on the 17th floor where the offices together with some meeting rooms are made for the members of Capital Group.
In this case the various rooms were embellished with a tiny space and furnishings design that make the workplace more warm and welcoming and enriched by an important works of art collection of the society.
